Surveys have revealed, that, in the construction and industrial sector, over 50% of all lead-acid battery failures are directly due to electrolyte loss because of excessive heat, overcharging, and/or a lack of maintenance. Instructions for Treating a Mechanically Sound 62lb 6 Volt Deep Cycle Battery


1.	Remove battery caps.


2.	For Scissor Lift Battery Kit #6V225AHAB: Deposit 2 oz. Part A Battery De-Sulfater™ into each cell. For Aerial Lift Battery Kit #6V285AHAB: Deposit 3 oz. Part A Battery De-Sulfater™ into each cell.


3.	Deposit 4 oz. Part B Battery De-Mister™ into each cell, making sure the electrolyte level is about 1/8" below the bottom of the vent tube well (do not overfill).


4.	Replace battery caps.

NOTE: When working with batteries, you need to have plenty of ventilation, remove your jewelry, wear protective eyewear (safety glasses) and clothing, and exercise caution. Never use metal funnels or instruments to apply product. For best results, apply to charged batteries to preserve optimum acid levels.

CAUTION: Do not overfill. Apply when batteries need watering. You can apply Part A, then Part B when fluid levels are lower.

Starting Battery Instructions


1.	Remove battery caps.


2.	For Group 24, 27, 31 up to 1000 LLA #STPKA2402: Deposit 1 oz. Battery De-Sulfater™ into each cell.


3.	Replace battery caps.
